Last week I volunteered at the Lean Agile Open Space 2017. It was a great event, and I was honored to be able to volunteer.  Another attendee and I were charged with collecting and distributing proceedings from the event.

I am eager for the next open space event on my horizon. The Raleigh Agile Leadership Network (ALN) is planning one in the near future. I hope to be able to serve as the facilitator for that one.

In preparation, I have created an Open Space Facilitation Guide based on Harrison Owen’s book, Open Space Technology: A User’s Guide.
