About Me

Jason is a lean-agile coach, trainer, and leader.  He provides expert coaching and facilitation around business process enablement, organizational design and dynamic teaming to help organizations sense and respond to future challenges. Jason has a diverse background with leadership, coaching, facilitation, and team-building skills gained after years of agile project management for complex projects for the U.S. Army and the engineering/technology industry. He works with product development teams to collaborate better, deliver more effectively, and continuously improve. He works with leaders and managers to adopt an innovative, agile mindset around management and to evolve as servant leaders and coaches within their organization. Jason engages leaders at all levels to adopt a set of values, principles and practices that challenges their traditional view of the way work works, and what it means to be a leader in the ever-changing and complex global economy.

Jason attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY before obtaining a commission as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. He then served seven years in variety of leadership and agile project management roles in parachute infantry units and deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. During the latter years of his military service, Jason served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at East Carolina University Army ROTC where he also completed his graduate work.  He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a graduate certificate in marketing analytics from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. He resigned his commission to bring years of leadership and disciplined execution of complex work with distributed networks of teams to the corporate world. Jason lives with his wife, Shaina Schreuder, and their daughters in Apex, NC.  His hobbies include spending time with his family, skydiving, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, and golf (when he finds the time).
